The Democratic Party needs to create a Latino Base! Sooner rather than later.

If we expect Latinos to go out and vote in droves, and tip the scales, then we need to create and foster a Latino base - like the GOP does with their Chrisitian base. Here's how to get going:

1. Start by addressing Latinos directly in speeches. When Bernie lumps everyone together while talking about the 1%, Latinos don't necessarily feel included, and he shouldn’t assume that they do.

2. ORGANIZE in their neighborhoods.

3. Explain the issues in Spanish, and in "English for Latinos", which means talk about issues that are specific to Latinos.

4. Stop translating Anglo-specific speeches. Latinos have different concerns and problems than Anglos do, granted some overlap, but why not be more direct and show some consideration for Latinos?

5. It's not that difficult, Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez created a Latino base in her own district, She spoke to her people, the listened AND they voted for her.
